Uhh i think it's too early to be voting on HBS joining FPA. give them a month and a half to prove themselves then we can review them into joining FPA.

We allowed you in the FPA but on minimal membership uthil the 3 moths timeframe is over and reviewed ...

This means...

1. You get FPA membership to see private section ...
2. You get invited to x-fire clan list ...

This also means ...

1. You don't get mod power at the moment ...
2. Your logo isn't displayed on the FPA clans or your name on X-fire list ...
3. You don't get a clan page with your members at the moment ...

After the 3 months are over and evertyhing goes well i'll update your permissions ...
