I am happy to see, that my criticism changed something. When Deka told me that there would be new Senior-members in Fpa and that i would have got senior-state if i stood in FPA i thought it was just a joke. Happy to see that things really changed.
BUT, and pls,pls dont misunderstand me, but for me SOME of the advancements seem to be a bit arbitrarily. You may ask why

It's nothing against the new members, Pacman,Vendetta and Jeebfan are responsible players and they know all i say now is nothing against them and its nice, that they got seniormembership, but...

They all are in FPA not very long. Brassy for example is much longer member of FPA than pacman, and OCBoo much longer than Vendetta. You may say they are both very active, but at the beginning of the membership, many players were very active (I've seen this for quite a long time first 2 months in FPA most players are very active, after that it goes down slowly), so i thought Brassy and OCBoo might be a smarter choise.
And Jeebfan, nothing against you, but Joindate april 2010...i got told only "close friends" and "long known members" get seniorstate. Thats kinda strange.
Well on top of that congrats to all of you. Also to Pepper, Nobody and Wrobi (good choices in my opinion :D).

Well, I don't fully understand your reasoning in this subject. We have considered candidates from all clans allied in the FPA, but we promoted those who gained the votes. Reasons for voting are up to those who voted and persons not promoted are not to be disclosed here to avoid useless discussions or confusions. All I can say is that long membership here doesn't mean auto-promotion.

Some of promotions were debated for a long time and should be done in the last year but unfortunately for unknown, unclear and never explained reasons were blocked by one person. Also all candidates were considered in the same way and all candidates were voted in the same way, so please don't make comments that something is "arbitrarily" cause its not. You can have your likes about who should be promoted and who should not be promoted but those are your likes only.

You have had the option to be a part of the FPA and as I told you your person was considered for Senior, however you resigned, so I don't get your point now.

If anyone here wants to change something or thinks that something could be improved is free to speak, to give feedbacks, to propose changes, ideas or anything but if there is nothing like this but only reasoning why this, why that, why he, etc it seems to me like misunderstanding.

We cannot make happy everyone here but we try to balance all and make FPA running smoothly. One time it works second time not but we cannot read minds and make everything to reach the expectation of one person or clan. There are many clans allied here and all what Seniors and Admins do must be considered for good of all clans and the FPA itself, personal purposes are NOT and never were bases of what we do, especially promotions/demotions cause its NOT decision of one person but its voted by all Admins & Seniors. However it seems that no matter how things will be done there always be someone who doesn't like something, looking for conspiracies, buddy voting etc.

Hehe i knew my comment would be kinda strange for you. And i dont want you to argue with me. It's just a comment nothing more, it's very nice that there are new senior-members. But everone here knows that i am the kind of player who does not comment on things if everything is fine, but i like to do comment on situations where i think it's necessary to talk about. Some of you may dont like my style to talk about some disputes. Thats how i am: I talk about those things.
All i said was an opinion of an adept member (me :P) who saw members joining FPA stay active for 2 months and then stopped being active. Thats the reason for my post.

Btw i want to take this thread to say good bye to most of you, cause i stopped playing Swat so i wont be here any longer.

Congratulations to everyone. I do hope you can all help us create a more positive and cheat free environment for everyone and do your part to keep the FPA doing what it does best.

In relation to the feedback from Smash. May I just add that I am happy you have acknowledged the fact the FPA listens to ideas and opinions to better the community. We will keep improving with users inputting their ideas & views to better the FPA.

However, although it is stated close friends and trustees will enter senior ranks, we must remember that will always be a select few when looking at FPA community stats alone. As a result, to allow a democracy we will still use the voting process to overide decision. Yet, this will not mean we completely disregard the above. Some seniors and admins are already close friends of the candidates despite the FPA join dates and service given here. We did not state that in order to become close friends and trustees it had to be earned entirely at this community.

Hope that clears the situation.
