Was this a mistake or does every post I make have to be approved my a moderator now?

What do you mean by "approved"? When your post has been edited by a moderator? This happened to me as well when I linked to a youtube-video, and Nightwolf edited so the video was right in my post. It might look better or something, I don't think it was necessary though. ;) Let's just trust the mods. If they do something unreasonable or incorrect, tell them about it.

yes in certain areas,it needs to be aproved by a moderator,if you say something incorect it wil be edited,or else it would be hust aproved.

@ Tuwille, recruits cannot post in some forums until moderator approval of the posts / threads. This is because the forums that have this feature are usually sensitive or classed as more important (less public) etc. However, need I say it, this is also one feature that distinguishes between a recruit & a members permissions.
