Issues with Report A Player

Hi guys


It appears there's some themerelated issues with the report a player-form. :)

From what I gather it doesn't work with ProDark Grey Text, but it does with ProDark White Text. It's possible it doesn't work on blue either. I can't really say much in detail, as I can't test it ; it works for me with ProDark Grey Text, but that might be due to the admin system.

However, a user just asked me for help with it, and we found that it works on PD white text, but not on PD grey text - as well as possibly not in Blue, though I'm not sure.

It probably needs to be looked at :)


Also, I find it odd that the links to the database and to "Report A Player" disappears when you go to the FPA forum, as it seems to be even more important and related there. :)

The report a player link is on top of the cheating players and bad players forum, i use pro dark grey text 3.7 and i have no problems

So do I, and I dont have any problems either, but the person who reported this problem had, and I remember Matt telling me that theme issues wouldnt nessacarely be seen by admins.

I meant in the "Quick Links" menu on FPA mate :) That's where I usually look, as it's available all over the site :)

Well he prob previewed it then it comes in the board members in need aproval of modas the report is gonna be unknow, that's why i always say don't use preview when you report a player

I remember I've reported some players not so long ago, and everything was working ok (not mentioning my browser refreshing, which created double post :p), so I'm not sure if there is any problem with theme (I use Pro Dark grey text), or maybe this user didn't know how to fill the fields or how to use report form

Nope Wes, the error reported was a black (white) screen, when clicking the link =/... Dunno what it is mate.

that problem is pretty easy,
Press Preview and then the "What are you reporting?" thing will go to "Select" again, so you jst need to take for example "Misbehaviour" and then the Report will not be sent to Moderators ;)

That happens to me to, but that's because i use FF3 it still has some glitches in the Themes. never use refresh as it then gonna post 3 times just use the back button and press on the forum link.
