Okay, I've got to say something for my defense as Jamsey here, just thought he'd get rid of one problem by making another. Unfortunately I cannot supply screens as I'm not the kind of person to post anything about anyone. But this simply impressed me.

1st: Jamsey here, was shooting ever since I got in the game at the doors (not always, but often), no matter if there was suspect or not. The reason I PPd him and TTzd him is that I was wedging the doors and Jamsey took two (2) shots from silenced Uzi at the door I was wedging. What for, I ask?

2nd: Jamsey here, changed his name to Mrlowlie, probably intended to be Mrlowlife as he called several players like that.

3rd: I TTzd him, PPd him... all true I admit. But I NEVER shot at him with my rifle and if so then only by mistake, I NEVER and I must repeat that I NEVER intentionally teamKILL other players, no matter how annoying they are. I used TTz as a reaction to his action = "shooting in the direction of my character".

4th: He never said that he killed complied suspect. Why should he...

5th: In the Mt. Treshold Research Center, he TTzd me, ran into the first door and got shot by suspect.

6th: Also he didn't confess that he teamKILLed ME after.

Of course, he may say that I lie and probably he will and will call me names.
But then again, I have said bad things about Clan and about some people, but that was some time ago and I am really sorry about that. As the reason I said things that I've said is that I met with people who had an specific opinion about the Clan and shared it with me and I was foolish enough to accept it as my own).
I came to SWAT4 to enjoy it again. And some kiddo has a non-cooperative mood and shall ruin my day? Sorry, but no.

I hope that there are still people who would agree with me and if no, then I understand completely.

Deka was kind enough to search the server logs to find the actual order of events, and it shows Jamsey TKing you, etc.

As a result, Jamseys application has been terminated with instant effect, and he's been banned on all SOG servers. Although Jamsey may be to blame here, so are you, I understand you're reasoning, but regardless of reason, making those actions aren't allowed.

I can inform you, that you're currently on a Kick on Sight status, meaning our adminbot will kick you on sight. I'm assuming it's this decision you'd like to see changed.


As for your specific case, I was surpriced to see the report, as I never have had any problems with you, but as I gather, some others have had incidents with you. I would have no problem with setting you as "No tolerance", but you need to be aware, that with our new admin bot, you'll be notified that should you commit further violations, you will be banned - and not only that, if the bot detects any action made by you, that isn't in accordance with our rules, like teamkilling for instance, and you're already on no tolerance, this means that the action is automatically issued with immediate effect.

So what I'm saying is ; If you do get your appeal approved - which I personally would be fine with, I know you as a good player - you need to be absolutely clear with the fact that no matter when or where, one more violation could just push you over the edge. :)

Silencer i put you back to no tolerance but first a couple things:

1. Do not act for yourself, in the end you get payed for it
2. Please play like normal, it's not because 1 muppet comes you also have to act like it
3. Tread people how you wanna get treated
