Hi SOG team , as you can see i'v been banned several weeks ago and i dont really know why , perhaps my very bad sense of humor, i played some days ago with your team with the name "Clint" and i enjoyed it , i remember this was a good server with some nice ppl and would like to join again your server , if i'v said something you think it deserve a ban , so i make my Apologies.. have a nice

It was certainly dissapointing to see for 29 years of age, even my 16 year old brother could have behaved better in our servers. I think the actions and language for starters were ridiculous and certainly perhaps at times, also similar to those of a "mental" health patient.
I appreciate you appealing here, and im a believer in second chances, but I do not want to see the disrespectful and childish behaviour again in clan servers especially from someone nearly 10 years older than me!!!
We shall see and we will get back to you in due course...

Aah, yes - I remember you clearly..
You were the person who stirred up this huge storm about me banning a previously reported player, and called my all kinds of things.
You know what, this may come as a surprise, but I think you actually deserve that ban. I don't take things like that personal, but I wouldn't want to give you a chance to repeat that kind of behavior towards anybody basically, least of all on our servers. This is infact why there's a point to "choosing your words".
Like Matt subtly implyed, we see players as young as 13 years old, that show a much higher level of maturity than you do, and as our rules require mature and professional gameplay, I personally dont think you belong on our servers - and apology isn't gonna shift my tide, cause it's clear to see you're only apologizing to get back on our servers, not because you're actually sorry about what you did.
I'm all for giving people another shot, when they clearly show that they deserve it, but I honestly don't think you do.
It's Laws decision, and whatever he wants to do is fine by me, but if I ever see even a hint of that kind of behavior you showed me, presented at ANYONE on our servers, there wont even be the slightest possibility of another chance.

Well, we all make mistakes, and when ppl are willing to admit their mistakes and try to change then that usually shows something. And remember that IF Law unbans you then that doesn't mean you are in the clear.

Well, I may be totally wrong about you, you may be a positive and nice person, but see if from my perspective ; try looking at the evidence links in the report linked to in the first few posts of this thread. Understand that it's kinda hard for me to see the positive in that manner of conduct.
If you want people to understand you for what you are - act like it. If you'd like to come across like a nice and genuein person, you may wanna steer clear of shovelloads of bad language like what you threw at me.
Anyhow, not really relevant, just a tip for you, and an indication that it's not like I'm grasping this idea I got of you out of thin air, I'm a very openminded individual, and I rarely judge people on first occassion/impression, but there are limits.
that's it .. yes or no .. ban or unbanned ?, that's all, i want to know, i dont want to have serious and bad talk with you ...i'm not here for that

Sorry for the delay. I'd keep the ban, its just not cool to disrespect our staff. We give warnings we try our best to avoid bans with people but when its deserved its deserved.

I will say m0m0 was present in our TSS coop yesterday and I allowed him to stay. He said he was sorry and played tactical.
I would say last chance on No Tolerance before ban
Well because ELITE is new maybe he stays unbanned there but i don't think he needs a unban unthil he actually learns how to apologise

I would say to unban him on No tolerance. If he will screw up, well than BAN on all servers with no chances on changing it. What do you say Law? (and Wes, and... others ?? :) )
I stay to my point he can stay on elite but i don't want him on swat4 unthil he actually learns to apologise
:whs: I agree, he can stay on TSS BUT since he was banned on the other servers, he stays banned until/if we feel he's really sorry and has changed. If something happens on TSS he gets banned there too I believe.
yup i agree on that too wes, maybe if he shows he can stay civil and mature on the TSS server for i dunno lets say a 1 month period. then the ban could drop to no tolerance?
