Hello SOG clan,
I recently got banned at your pro server. I believe the ban was VERY unfair and unneeded and that's why I'm making this appeal.
First, let me tell you something about myself. I am a 18 yrs old student who rly enjoys tactical action games like Raven Shield, Ghost Recon or SWAT4. I play these games regularly on LAN parties and the Internet. I bought SWAT4 as soon as it was available. I play it from time to time, sometimes more, sometimes less.
I installed SWAT4 after 3 months of inactivity, I got on the server (your pro server has the best ping and gameplay!), was playing with some SOG guyz and had a really great time. Then they left, was playing with other people and it was ok. We agreed I'll be the leader and we were going well.
But as more people came, it got more difficult to control them and they eventually split from the group and of course died.
So I tried to make them play team and tactical - the way SWAT4 should be played - with no results. The map changed and we played A-Bomb. It was tragic, these guys were just rushing from the beginning.
Now, I'd like to hear an official statement as to what the heck am I sposed to do when the people are not listening to me! They were just running around, shooting suspects.
So I followed them, trying to add the least of the tactical elements, grenades. It worked a bit, but not much. Eventually, there was only me and one guy left alive.
About in the middle of the game, a player named somethin like Donald_Duck joined. He didn't say a word.
So we completed the map... and suddenly I got kicked. I say what the hell? After I reconnected the guy changed name (sorry I dont remember) to an SOG name and he banned me for not playing it pro. Also, he said something like byebye Dejfus.
Well.. I don't feel like I deserve this. I think I can contribute to your server as I rly enjoyed the game and we were doing well before the A-Bomb round. I understand I was playing under my level when I got banned, but... what the heck am I supposed to do when the other guys don't even seem to understand English?
I would also like to point out, the admin could'nt see more that half a round. No warning or anything, just kick and then ban. I thought this was a friendly community. I am sorry I just played along and rushed with them :/ I didn't see any other way.
