i thought about the donation-page. i suggest to add some things. the easiest is, to show it. so i made it:

shouldnt be to hard to code, but has to be uptodate (monthly allowance). of course the font has to be in the normal forum font.

just an idea.

I think I'd prefer the current layout though - I don't see the need to inform everybody of our running budget. It'll most likely, in my point of view do one of two things, depending on if we're behind on donations or upfront :

Upfront :
People will think "nah, no need for my ££ I'll go spend somewhere else, and never look at the donation page again

Behind
Oh jeez, if they don't get 20£ by the end of this month, the next target is gonna be a mountain. This is impossible.


That's why I like our current setup as it kinda makes people focus on the job at hand. :)

Thanks for the great idea though, and I'm sure others will look over it too :) Maybe it'll go through anyhow, I'm only stating my two cents here. You definetely deserve some praise for preparing your idea this well! ;)

I think the Idea is good, however, the current bar already shows what amount we have left to reach our goal. Also, the updated graph was on the donation page I think, but not sure what happened. :s
