Ban Appeal
As for why I was banned (shooting an arrested suspect).The round said "You have failed the mission". It wasn't moving forward...plus, he was in a dark corner ad my light wasnt reaching that vcorner, so i thought it was a suspect kneeling down. No warning was given...i was told "Slash you are banned and your application has ended."

As for why my application was closed was for the above (the ban) and the peppering a team mate. The peppering was an accident as i was trying to get out my breaching shotgun by aiming above the door, everytime i saw the icon, and went to click, it went away and shot pepper. I appologized for peppering my team mate, and explained there. They said no problem and game went on. Other pepperings would have been accidents, but i do not re-call any other other than that.

May I also add he (Deka) wasn't around me at the time or anywhere close (to my knowledge).

well thanks for the application there slash, i just hope you learn from your mistakes (if ure not telling the truth here in the appeal).
please keep checking here and im sure DeKa will inform GL or deal with it himself :)

also you have been running around like beheaded chicken so you did know this suspect (http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd36/sogdeka/slash/slash.jpg) is already arrested cause you passed by him at least 3 times

oh, an accident? so those 2 cs nades were thrown by mistake too? by mistake all but you havent masks? and by mistake you were running from laundry to the basement throwing nades and peppering other teammates? by mistake you make full round by two rooms and as you were back near the stairs to the laundry you have shot cuffed suspect?

i have been watching you and all i can say is: PRO is for team-work not for lone-wolves as you were, you even werent near you temamates; i have asked a question about this and it could be retrived from server's log - and it will be
also: after you have been banned from PRO server you have joined non-lethal server, me too, what i saw was: you have been opening the doors while mirroring, rushing, ramboing and dont staying with the team - you are totally immature and unable to play team-work game, also there is a nice explanation made by yourself (http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd36/sogdeka/slash/slash3.jpg)
and for your "edit" sure i wasnt with you or even near by i was on your cam ....

Screens show what actually happened, try again later when you can be truthful, and more mature... Appeal is used for only if you can be truthful in telling us what happened, not for lying to get unbanned.

Application stays widrawed for lying in your application; you said you readed the rules in there means you didn't, if you did then you should have know this rule on all coop servers

One note it's not because you don't see a SOG that he isn't there.
ok "my bad" deka for not being the programmer of the game and not being able to see your screen (my cam being up) and just cause i walk by someone doesnt mean i saw them...
and yes...i did join the non-lethal server afterwards...and i wasn't ramboing, rushing, or anything...the guy mirroring was a mistake..i didnt notice he was mirroring untill i hit the action key...
also as far as the CS nades...my bad for my team-mates not knowing what gas masks are...also my bad for only startign this game 3 days ago as well and not knowing how to work the commands fully...
As far as the maturity part...im almost 15...going iinto 9th grade....i think i am mature enough...i have my moments like everyone else...
oh and SORRY for not being perfect like everyone else on here >.< plus how do you know i didn't lie in that screenshot?
Srry for ever supporting THIS clan by being in the servers multiple hours a day...

Slash one thing as this is a public clan forum other clans sees this and they might ban you to as your a menace for the gaming world if you continue.

Well a) you should discuss loadouts with your team, or at least ask; gas or flash! b) Dont apply to a clan after playing the game for only 3 days as it doesnt help either of us c) Why did you pick a Pro server if you are new and know you cant match with the other gamers there?

I dont see anyone else with a problem mate ;) If you make mistakes minor or not, you take punishment or at least accept them. Our admins are mostly nearly twice your age, and the last thing they do is lie or take action on people who dont deserve it. Your right, it wasnt a life or death situation, but the principle is what matters. Lie, break the rules, protest and cause problems for us doesnt help you regardless.

Try reading that again. If you had bothered to look before applying in the sticky of that forum it says "Read the rules found here". Anyway in society you wouldnt drive illegally then say to the police "it doesnt say I had to read the rules". Everything has rules, only people who are niave fail to read them!
