Hello guys its me or as you better know me in the game nodi333.

I have taken the time to see what you have on me and since I get banned from the server every time I get on the pro server despite my dynamic IP :P I have had no time whatsoever to say what I got to say in my defense.

So if you had been watching me (that im sure you have) you would have noticed that my language has improved significantly over the last few days and I have sort of learned the importance of respecting others... especially if they re admin. But I am still having trouble respecting rambos.

To further defend myself I would like to point out that most of the things that sound mean are sarcasm. Like the first piece of evidence against me where I type a 20 word swear sentence or something like that. That was REALLY sarcasm and I thought it was pretty easy to notice, either way it was wrong of me and I am sorry. It was sarcasm because m0m0 said 1 swear word before I wrote my "thing" and I was being mad at him for swearing but still swearing myself ... get it?

And 1 more piece of evidence to excuse my swearing is ... The game itself includes a lot of swearing. Suspects swear all the time, I am not saying It s alright I am just saying that if the players hear it from the suspects they should not mind hearing it from another player???(<-LOGIC NEEDED)

So It would be nice to get one more chance since I have almost gone insane due to all the rambos at the normal sog-team server and If you decide not to I shall be forced to simply change my name and avoid my usual personality marks.

P.S. you see I can write normal English in real life ;) so I ll see you guys around

See, this is were we already start disagreeing. You were banned from Pro server due to bad behaviour on other servers. Due to the nature of the pro server, we chose to ban you from it. You are still welcome on any other sog server, as long as you follow their respective rules.

By stating that you keep coming back, you're in fact trying your best to dispise our decision to ban you, rather than just accepting it, and be happy you werent banned all together. This alone would be enough to earn you a global ban on most servers, as it's very annoying..

You say "defend myself", but it's clear to see that you simply don't get the point of this, sorry - but this simply isn't a defence, it's more of an admittance. We aren't mad at you, because we don't see the sarcasm in your jokes. The reason you find yourself being warned/muted/kicked/banned simply is that disregarding your sacasm or not, swearing is NOT allowed. It's that damn simple!

Logic needed? This game is 18+. Are you over 18? If so, you are old enough to accept that the suspect swears, and if not, you don't belong near Swat. That's simple logic.

In relations to players swearing - it's disrespectful and stupid. We don't allow that, we require our servers to be a nice place for people who know how to behave themselves, this is in common referred to as "being mature". Mature people don't seem to need swearing as they've developed less offensive ways of communication. They don't need to extend their opinion of other people either.

As you may have gathered, the game developers try to portrait the suspects of this game as being rather stupid in an efford to further enhance SWATs appearance? So why do you think they're swearing then? To make them look like decent, intelligent people?

You have plenty of chances. You're only banned from ONE sog server, we have several! Apart from that, the entire paragraph above has a rather threatening tone, as well as condesending. Honestly, do you really think you're the first person to think of changing your name? We have bad players who do it once per hour, but they just end up being banned - globally, as we don't appreciate people trying to evade our decisions and give us a hard time.

We're able to look up IPs to confirm your identity regardless of your name, and your personality marks is not something you just "loose" there are more than you think. In addition to that, we also have the choice of banning your entire IP range, so your dynamic IP won't do you any good, which is something we'd really rather not do, as it may cause inconvienience to good players on the same range.

Anyhow, what I'm saying is ; Do not come to our forum with this kind of "apology" and then state an ignorant threat like that. We aren't stupid here, and you're not the first bad player we had to deal with.

There you go. Took the time to explain in detail for you, every point you raise in this post. It's up to you what you wish to do from this point onwards, but due to your bad behavior your ban status stays on the Pro server. It's up to you if you wish to have your privelledge to join the rest of SOGs servers revoked as well.

I'd suggest that you keep playing (properly) at our other servers, but don't show yourself on Pro again, since you are aware that you are not welcome there.

Rest assured we will monitor you, and we are fair people, so if you turn out to provide some good gameplay and don't break anymore of our rules, we'll consider letting you back on Pro server. Your status at the moment is "No Tolerance" though, so if you're caught breaking one more rule, you may find yourself banned globally from SOG servers.

I hope this responce helped you, and that you'll consider and heed the advice. :)

I'm first gonna check something and if everything is alright i might unban your range, if not you won't get unbanned from pro and if it's something i really dislike i global ban you.


This game is played by players under 13 even i think it's not appropriate for us to swear all of the time on the server, we can't stop the sus from swearing but we can stop the players, the swear comes 1 in the tree maps, sometimes longer and if your not even man enough to put your real age you don't have much to confront us.

What defense? You were banned for being an idiot. Forgive me, but we dont give people chance to explain if they break our rules which are clearly displayed and repeated every few minutes in the server.

As you know, I spent nearly 1hr 30 in the Pro server with you this morning. I saw more than enough and was extremely generous to have not banned you sooner. Respect improving? Are you serious? I was told when undercover to shut up, "come", "stfu" etc. Worst of all, this was just because the team couldnt read your mind nor keep up with the ridiculously fast gameplay at times.

Respecting rambos is the least of your worries, trust me. You could have been described as one yourself. The only difference was that you were half decent or lucky at remaining alive doing so after the amount of rushing you were doing.

I have a great sense of humour, and on the many occasions I saw your antics, a) It wasnt funny; I didnt get it sorry, and b) Sarcasm is not funny anyway, so I would try the normal way. Are we supposed to read your mind?

If someone commits a murder do you immediately go and copy them if you are a normal person? Suspects like mentioned by Nicoleise are supposed to be suspects and portrayed as thugs in the game. If they swear that adds to that effect, but the game is also 18+ so people can cope with that. However, we are human mature people or our servers welcome those people anyhow. Its back to the respect thing; swearing is disrespectful regardless, and it isnt needed.

Changing name doesnt help you nor does a dynamic IP. You need to accept you have broken our rules, understood that we dont appreciate your actions, and either take the punishment for being "clever", like a real mature person would, or clean up your act and stop acting like you own the server.

Oh and some more advice; dont lead a team. It is shockingly bad with the lack of communication and patience. You need to slow down, think, communicate and respect admins and other team members before you even consider taking point. Either that or go back to single player. Remember, if you dont respect others, how on earth do you expect it in return? If you took my advice above, I think you would make a good player in the future.

For me, you stay banned from Pro. Join the rambos in the other servers and see how it feels to be ignored.

Well, I can't say anything except :whs: Also from what you have said, especially the bottom paragraph, you are just "Trying" to be sorry, but in any case it doesn't actually seem that you are, and still you come here to appeal, but then are still "Sarcastic" to our members when they reply to this and try to clarify something.

If you are truly "Sorry" you will improve on our other servers and if we notice that then maybe later.

Also I agree with Matt, because I think I also have a good sense of humour (which other members can confirm :) ) but the way you we're saying it wasn't fun at all. What you can do now it's grow up, think about what you have done, come back here, and REALLY apologise for your actions. Untill then we won't need to take any futher disscussions on this topic.
