After numerous threads titled something else bar the nickname of the bad player, I feel it required for me to clarify the rules when reporting in this forum.
PLEASE DO NOT:
- Title your thread anything else bar the nickname of the person you are reporting.
- Include more than one (1) player in your thread for report!
- Report a player that has not broken any rules of the clan, game or servers.
PLEASE ENSURE:
- You use one report per thread for one bad player(except if 2 players has the same ip)
- You title your thread with the nickname of the bad player concerned
- You obtain IP's if you can, if not state the exact nickname
- You only report one player per thread
- You ensure the reports are to the point, truthful, concise & accurate
- You conform to the Standardized Report Posting procedures (http://www.sog-team.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=6074)
- You delete the ips in the pics you post not belonging to the tread itself.
If you do not know the nickname of the player, then please do not report them unless you have their IP address. Then in this case, title your thread with the IP.
These rules need to be abided else we will remove your report. If they are followed it means we can search for bad players by simply using the forum search feature using the nickname only. This will then immediately bring up the thread and report so we can inspect who is in our database of cheaters and bad players.
