i have noticed in the Squad section of the forums if i try to post a new thread and start typeing E.g. The SOG Co-op unit in bold, white and centered if i press the backspace button it deleats the whole thing :s

ive tryed it in here and its the same >.< it does it no matter how the text is so like this one ive had to prep it before in word and copy and paste it into here because if i make a mistake the whole lot gets erased if i hit backspace.

any ideas why?

its only just started doing it tonight >.<

Barely any of the skins are fully compatible with FF3. For now, either you'll have to revert to the default FF skin (which isn't ugly IMO) or use Firefox 2 until an update comes out for your skin, and I think the update will come pretty soon because you're not the only one that has this problem.

Well, haven't had that issue, but I don't have FF3 yet, about to download it though, not sure if i'll like it though.

yep Wes is right, if you apply ProDark theme on the site post editor is going crazy - and it has nothing to do with FF theme or installed add-ons

after switching to any other theme e.g. FPA all is ok but well, i dont like the colors of other themes - my eyes are going for a long walk around my head i dont wanna be back :(

so ... i will reinstall FF2 i think or have to switch site theme every time i want to post something :o

both ways are not very comfortable

well i have reinstalled FF2 and FF3 into different locations with the same pack of add-ons, themes and etc. - sure they are updated for specific FF version

FF2 is running correctly - no errors spotted
FF3 is running not correctly - WYSWIG is going crazy and even if i can create new posts and all is correct then editing or quoting is not possible, it is deleting not marked text, typing above the quotation is also not possible, previewing the post also is returning strange post's effects - all that funny things are going with ProDark theme;

also in FF3 is a mess with passwords and sites as i could have a short look at it: pass for adminCP is messed with DBModerating access, WA passes are messed with other similar saved passes, etc.

I can tell at the moment FF3 looks fine but still needs work on it;

for now ill stay with FF2 as a main browser - when upgrades for FF3 will be released im gonna check it out again; now FF3 is, as i said in FF3 thread, some kind of vista edition :p

Try to use the default FF3 theme 'Strata' and see if that helps. Also, disable Windowblinds if you have that installed.
FF3 itself is stable, it's the themes and add ons that aren't fully compatible yet.
