Gallery Problem

I'm getting an error message whenever I try to upload an image to the gallery. It says "Sorry, Element_Leader: Bad File - File is too Large or of the Wrong MIME Type". The image that I'm uploading is around 300KB (the max is 500KB) so that shouldn't be the problem. I've tried uploading the image as a bitmap, jpeg, and .png, but I still keep getting the error message. Any ideas on what's going wrong?

hmm. Have you tried a different file?

Its not a security issue, i.e. your network not permitting jpg file transfer?

what is the physical pixel size of the image file?

I've tried multiple files, but still no luck. The size of the image I'm trying to upload is 640x480. I doubt that it's a security issue, since I've never had a problem in the past, and I don't have any security enabled which would cause such a problem

Can you try resizing the image (make it less than 500pixels wide or high) and try again? I think it should work without you doing this, but lets just try....

I've resized the image to 476x330, making it now 235KB, but I'm still getting the upload error.
