I know you must be 16 + years to be in the SOG clan.

but i think that you should change that.
so if you are 14 years old and have played over maby 100 hour you can join SOG
Clan.

it's been discussed before the rule stays how it is, there are exceptions.

I think what Wes means is that there are exceptions based on your attitudes, gameplay and conduct. If you fit in and behave like what is expected, you make the clan. If you dont, you dont :)
