Making Binds

Hey..
i had a look on the fourms befor i posted this and i couldnt find it anywhere..
if i missed it then please delete this thread and show me where the thread is.

i was just wondering how u make the binds?
back in the old days me and transporter had that program that does the binds but i couldnt get it to work even tho i was doin it right (i no that dont make sense but just go with the flow LOL)
i think its much easier having binds wen u play co-op and stuff saves typing lol..

could any of u help me please?? :s :s
