sorry to do this but it was only last night that i discovered i was reported for being a bad player.
What constitutes a bad player?,are we talking skill level here,i think not,we are talking about someone who has no regard for other players and has no intention of playing the game the way it was meant to be played.If asking questions of other more experienced players does in someones mind warrant a ban or some other form of action to be taken against them is ridiculous.
Call me what you will,yes i am n00b at SWAT4 online but not in online play in general,i have played CS since 1.4 then CSS when it as introduced and belonged to one of the best clans in Enemy Down,there are not many FPS shooters i have not played.
This and any other online game relies on new players to thrive and comments like what was posted about me would only serve to drive them from the game.
There are enough intolerant so called better players out there we certainly dont need another.
I have noticed that the person in question has applied to join your clan my advice to you would be not to touch anyone with that sort of attitude towards new players with a bargepole.

I cant really respond to your case in particular, as I'm not familiar with it, and am not speaking on behalf of the clan, nor representing them.

But I'd like to inform you, that you can see the rules for the servers here (http://www.sog-team.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=100). Maybe you'll see something, that you did wrong. Remember to read both the server rules in generals and the rules of the game mode, you are playing. :)

I don't know where you have seen or heard the info regarding you as a bad player.
When I look through our topic (where this post is also in) bad players, I don't see your name comming up.

I speak out of expierence that you are indeed not the best player (yet) out there in SWAT but for us as clan most important things in our servers is:
1. Don't spam
2. No t/k or what ever
3. Don't play like a rambo through maps (highly irritating)
4. Respect other players

And indeed, like Nicoleise said: respect the rules of the clan when your playing in a clan server.

Above all: please let us here where you have heard the info and we can look into it.

ok a couple things

i don't think you did anything wrong i can't tell from that weird O.o report... but i think he was trying to make everyone have to have a trial and was using u as an ex: of a noobish player... (im not calling u one m8 ;) ) now SOG frowns on name calling, and im pretty sure no one likes such rudeness, so that report was not taken seriously. Unless you see a report in the report room titled "Papercut", and someone proves you did something wrong, i don't think you are officially "reported"... so no worries m8 ;)

EDIT: it was chad murrays Am..?? "report" .... also this is wat i meant by someone could be offended... also sry for the 1.) thing on my pre-editing post xD i thot this was report room... see even i make mistakes and im Irish

I was forgetting one thing to add in my reply: I've played a couple of times with you in our servers (maybe you didn't even know it was me:D) but when I was there (apart from playing like rambo for now and then) your a good player. Possible potential...

Mate, I agree with you, but I cannot find this report whatsoever. I wouldnt worry as obviously we havent noticed and for me, I would say you are more than suitable for this clan regarding attitudes should you decide to apply.

Im deeply sorry you feel like that, and I do agree that I would also, but at the end of the day you know what you are like, and so do half of the SOG members here who have played with you in the servers.

I would also like to add that at the end of the day, the reports in the report room cannot always be proved. Obviously we are relying on the individuals trust to acknowledge the person they have reported is "bad". So I think as some people cannot even be trusted to report the proper idiots out there, we will have to switch to "evidence" ONLY reporting.

oh that report, as you also have seen i edited and closed he's post and also gave him a warning or even a infraction i thought,

with bad players we don't mean how you play, we don't see your skill but we see members how they behave and represend themself, nothing to do with skill.

As long as you respect our rules and behave on a mature way you don't need to worry one bit, comming from me that means alot lol. guess i'm not a easy guy to please. :p

The thread is now closed. After reading it, the report if you can class it as one is nothing to do with what that forum is used for. Wes has closed it and I have had the final say on the issue. I apologise we did not notice it earlier...
