I need a good laugh :D ... :joke: .... it would be a laugh if I posted some of mine :) .... btw is there a limit of MBs a vid can be on youtube? Does anyone know of any video compression software to shrink the size ?

I used to make lots of vids of Silkroad online, and i used the program called: Sony Vegas 7.0 to edit and compress the vids. Its a very handy and good programm if you ask me :)


Limit youtube: "Your video is limited to 10 minutes and 100 MB."
"YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones in the .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats. "

"We recommend the following settings:

MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
320x240 resolution
MP3 audio
30 frames per second
Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your videos look better on YouTube."

Yes tc, it makes the video files smaller. F.e. 1,6GB from Fraps to 13MB in WMM. ;)

np, I have no idea how much it is :p i never bought it:D But its a nice programm and it makes video editting easy. you can add many effects, but i don't use that sort of stuff much.. i normally only use fade in and out and add some nice music.

I tried flying too yesterday, Man its hard! Sometimes i can fly liek you, but that just pure luck! :D Do you fly with mouse and keyboard? or keyboard/joystick only?

Joystick only. Itīs 12 buttons joystick with POV so I set up it for everything I need. :cool:

i just fly with a simple keyboard :p , and only suiciders fly with mouse :joke:

I use a mouse :) ... and keyboard ... was thinking about getting a joystick, but not sure what type/brand would be best :s ... anyone help?

The secret is - PATIENCE and TRAINING! And good joystick.
You canīt imagine how many times Iīve crashed.... ;)


@tc - I have Logitech Extreme 3D PRO. Thatīs enough for me...

Is it a good joystick? I might get it and see if I do any better at flying :p

Yes. You got it - this joystick has stability, is ergonomic. But the price there is around 10 USD cheaper, Iīve paid more. :mad:
