RD, BS squad..

Oke, this is just an idea, i dont know if pple like it but i think this is the way to increase training for BS and RD squad.... Correct me if im wrong but BS squad has 2 members, Rd has 5. Why dont we merge those 2 squad's? So then we can play BS and RD....Also we will always be able to train, because now we've trained like 2 times :s Then we have 7 members who are very good at RD and BS ! :D :lol:

I think this is good idea. BTW - why you left VIP away? There are 3 members right now. BS, RD and VIP are same modes just with another "goal".

I thought 3 squad's combined in 1 was too radical :D But thats a better idea then we have 10 members in ''Other Goal Squad'' :lol:

That defeats the purpose of having squads if they're all together like that. It would make it easier I guess, because we would have 10 players trained in all modes :D

well we can merge the squads but we can keep the trainers like this:

At the training day there will the a training section, and train 30 min (or more) for each mode. and in the VIP time, tv will take the lead, kaatt with RD and Element with BS.

OR

each mode has a day for trainings or time, instead of merging the squads, merge the players.

Mia is right we have a few training is not cause we dont want to, is because we can't, we dont have enough players.

The point is we got to have more training sessions, so all 3 squad's together will make an good training? So why dont make an co-op squad and an ''Other Goal Squad'' wich is trained in everything except co-op ?

Yea, i think its a good idea too! So i hope the trainers like the idea too and we can have some training and matches soon :D

Why merge them together leave them as they are, but when rd trains let bs and vip members also train with rd, The problem is when finally members gonna choose a mode it's gonna be with too much in 1 squad just do it like this.

Example:

tc gives vip training on saturday:

Vip members must be there or he has told it to the trainer.
RD members doesn't need to be there but can ask the trainer to come train with them.
Same goes for BS.

Then sunday Kaatt gives he's training:

Same things

On wednesday element gives he's training:

Same things

I agree, that is a good Idea Wes, that's sortof what I was thinking but wasn't sure on how to put it. It was decided before that was not possible a few months ago when we started the separate squads.

I think if we allowed the other players to be on different squads then we might have a better turn out, I think it would be interesting :)

The reason we split the clan into squads were so members could train a special area of skill.

The entire problem is that there's still a large portion of SOG members who have yet to join a squad. If they would get on the ball, then we'd have a better idea of where we stand. I would like to see the squads remain separate since the entire reason of having squads in the first place was to train and develop skills in one specific gametype. Merging the squads together would defeat the purpose of having them.
