Hi all, hope you had a very happy Christmas; i certainly did!
Well I feel it is needed that I update you all on SOG's progress.
Firstly, I want to thank each and every one of you for making SOG what it is. We are doing extremely well both ingame & out. We have a great set of senior members working hard to promote the clan, and we have bumped up our server count from 1 since the clan began to an amazing 4, one of which is dedicated.
Not only are we the most popular co-op clan out there, taking over 70% of all players to our servers, we are pushing in VIP mode also. However, SOG really needs to enter the TSS world in a greater capacity, which will be our aim in the next few months. Thanks to Nightwolf for kick starting this with his co-op server.
I also want to thank my game leaders for their outstanding work here at SOG. Without them, we would not be where we are now, so a big thanks to Gordon & Majid. :D
I also want to take the opportunity to say how well SOG is doing in member capacity. There have been over 10 members join on trial in one week recently which really shows we are becoming a great clan also with the fact we have broke the 100 registered users boundry. Again great work to all here at the clan!
Ok, some things I would like to share in order for us to improve.
1) I would like to see more reliable servers run by some of our members especially in the TSS dept
2) To increase popularity, improve our site by adjusting the theme / style & re-organising the forum structure. Also educate more members to become moderators keeping things running smooth.
3) Introduce more higher members that deserve the postion & also designate responsibilities & distribute power in order to spread the workload here at SOG.
4) Tighten member trial periods designating a trial mentor throughout that period who will be responsible for keeping tags on him / her.
5) Improve member to leader cohesion & communication by frequent xfire meetings
6) Improve frequency of clan matches & also enter clanbase league
Well in general, I want to stress how well we are doing & have every single member to thank for this. I have had some great times at SOG both as leader & team-mate so a big thanks goes to you all. May our success continue throughout the new year,
