nice specs mate... thanks for posting
Thanks. And if anyone got any hardware question, feel free to ask me.
one thing i would like to know because im planing to buy a new pc is it better to assemble or to buy from the shelf because i always assemble my pc's myself
It is always best to put your pc together yourself, not only do you avoid the old hardware which usually follows pre-setup computers, but you get it a lot cheaper.
My computer would have cost me about $300-500 dollars more if I ahd bought one with similar specs from Dell.
Some online stores let you pick out hardware which match so you don't buy something you can't use, some of the stores builds the PC for you, others do not, but they are always cheaper than the one you find in your regular store.
Just built a system a few months ago, alot cheaper to build then to buy. :D
I just recalculated.. I actually saved almost 1000 dollars compared to the Dell price, plus I got slightly better specs than them.
DELL sucks, their prices are way to high.
I got mine from a german shop.
I have chosen the parts for my PC, and they assembled it.
Yep, I did the same when Dell sponsored my Dad with a computer (some business deal).
Their laptops are okay though, but still too expensive.
The next PC I buy will def. be Apple.
Macintosh system is by far better than the M$-stuff.
so whats the best choice pc parts ?

Are you going MAC OS only?
If so..
Sad to hear you're leaving the gaming community. :(
EDIT: so whats the best choice pc parts ?
That depends on what you want, need, where you live and how much money your spending.
If you are buying a new PC I'll be glad to help.
well i dunno its really up to what a good pc is nowadays lol
A good PC (not great, but good)
has a video card with 256MB+
1-2GB RAM
AMD Dual about 4000+ (lots of variations)
or Pentium 4 3.0 or better (e.g. Dual Duo)
there is also all the other stuff, but most of it doesnt matter that much as long as it works. :P
