I definately agree about No-recoil. I was with him on the server later, also (unaware of this report) suspicious about his shooting ;
Seemed his rate of fire was faster than normal, and I didn't see him reloading once.

Sadly, I couldn't get any evidence of him as the few rounds I noticed were very hectic as it was. :(
