(KoS) Kick On Seight

Hello everyone would just like to say and make this appeal because i just read and heard i got a KoS (Kick on Seight) for on the Sog-team.com VIP server which someone was team tasing me and other person peppering me for 2-3 rounds and all of a sudden i killed him only once... and i got the kick for it and blame for it... they were the ones team tasing and peppering they should be blamed and only admin warned them no kick or anything on them.. they done it 2-3 rounds and ive only done it once on 1 player... ok i know it was un called for but he was really annoying me and no one did nothing... please take the KoS again and give me another chance for some tactical gameplay

Your status was already set on NT (It was your last chance), but within 1 day you already broke more rules. That's sad :(

No Tolerance = Observe and monitor his / her gameplay closely, but no tolerance is to be taken (on last chance). In other words, take further admin action(s) if one single violation is made.

There's the description for No Tolerance status... Anyways, I'll wait for CM+ respond to your application and see what will happen

Well when I was there, was never informed of the team pepper, etc... on you, if you have screens from game then please show them. That still doesn't allow you to break the server rules to get back at them, or accuse them of cheating. I warned the player that tazed you and he didn't do anything else after so I didn't take further action on him.

Also the Kick On Sight is for all servers because you had previous violations on PRO.

Limited, its really sad to see your Behaviour on the Servers, from yesterday on VIP, i must say, pls think about what you are doing and in which Way you do it, there have been so many honoured Players on there, with so many Experience in Swat4, and you have act like and really young Child.

Think, here, we are Mature Persons from so many different Country's and Ages, and all give there best, to get shown them by and accepted Manner, to be respected and enjoying Friendships in here. After the first Session to the Academy, my Hope was, that you have felt a bit from the Spirit in which Way we are staying in here, but unfortunate, i miss much things from your Side.

Well.. just like that then.. Why didnt you used the tactics you learned if you felt good doing them?

This is a very sorry affair indeed. You seem to play fine one day then for get everything you have learned. you should know that we require mature minded tactical players to be mature and tactical at all times.

The "he hit me so i hit him back" mentality is not productive or conducive to a happy and friendly environment and thats why there is never any excuse to drop to the level of other player that teamtase/pepper etc. Admins are there to police the server not other players. You have been give a few chances now and you have failed them all so this appears to be a pattern with you. I can only hope for your sake you learn form this and not only become a better player but a better person and i wish you luck in your future :)

Just like the report thread, I will close this one, as it's already becoming very repetative, in much the same manner - "I'm disappointed" - "I'm sorry" - repeat, and witnessing this process is excactly as dull as it sounds, not that I don't understand why people are disappointed, but why they are having reason to be disappointed yet again is simply beyond me.

We will consider your appeal, along with your current status (KoS) and other upcoming factors, to determine what your future status should be. In the meantime, this thread will be closed - anyone wishing to add anything relevant may ask a CM+ to open the thread of course. :)

A decision has been reached, and while limitedshot himself cannot read this, it will serve as an update to those who can.

I've summed up the history of limitedshot in SOG, mind you this is in as little as two weeks :
Limitedshot - History

Prior to reports being made :
• Played some rounds with me violating several (minor) rules
• Deceitfull behavior when applying (hiding/altering his known in-game name from above)
• During and after his application mentioning of ruleviolations were frequent.
• He later managed to accumulate the below violations in evidenced reports :

SOG Pro : Feb, 17th.
• Injured fellow officer
• Ramboing
• Not following leader's orders
• Breaching doors for fun
• Crossing a corner, while officer mirroring it
• Carried 2 lethal guns
• Unauthorized use of lethal force

SOG VIP : Feb, 18th
• Killing the VIP 7 times (?) (Autokicked two times + 1 additional VIP kill)
• Accusing another player (ELF Clan member) of cheating with no evidence/report
• Teamkilling

February, 19th
• Cloning an SOG without permission from CD
• Being deceitfull about doing it, about his agenda in doing it and how he did it

General
• Spamming the forum with useless posts (89 posts in two weeks)
• Rude behavior towards other forum users.


Recently, he created a 5 slot coop server, hosted on his PC. The server was titled "sog-team.com Pro 2" and was basically an excact copy of our Pro server. This in it's own right is a serious offense, because much like tagstealing, any bad experience a player may have with the server will reflect upon SOG.

When I say that he is being deceitfull about his agenda, I am referring to the below, where he claims he wrote it because it "came to his head", but he had apparently taken note of all the colourcodes we use in advance - so much for spontanity.

As a result of this, we are at the end of our patience with limitedshot. We try our best to let people come around - even if their original standpoint is far from us, but this is one of those few cases where it's only been a waste of time. We are seeing no indications that this trend would change, so we have decided on the following actions :

• limitedshot has been banned on sight from all SOG servers
• limitedshot has been banned from our website and forums
• limitedshot will be reported to the Fair Play Alliance

In addition we're seeing suggestions that he might be fairly abusive in his manner of talking to people, and we anticipate that he might take his frustration out on members of SOG, as he appears to have wanted to do so using our LiveSupport feature. I have personally removed him from my xFire contact list, and a friendly advice from me is to suggest you do the same, but it's entirely upto yourselves.

This thread will remain closed, but you're welcome as always to share your thoughts on the matter with any CM+, if you have questions or comments. Thank you for your aid in reporting and observing limitedshot, it's priceless.
