View Full Version : What would you reccomend??
I'm looking for a good Mic/headset combo. I thought mabye someone would know of a good one that they have used/using now.
I would like to get a new one, because the one i have is cheap, and doesn't have good mic, it echoes sometimes when on TS.
Just looking for suggestions.
If you know of a good keyboard/mouse set let me know, I'm looking to replace mine soon. Some of the keys on the keyboard (mainly left side keys used for swat4) are faded and i can't see the letter on the key. I've taken keyboarding classes though so i don't have to look at it to type. :D

the one im using its a canyon headset and i didnt had problems with it so far
I found a logitech one on newegg.com and it looks cool, i might just go to best buy or some where like that and get one.
BTW: Thanks for the input guys :D
ya i have a logitech also, it was cheap and it came speakers also ;)
Yes logictech are a good choice. Ive never had any problems with them. However the one i use now is good. Its a Creative Labs Soundblaster one that came with my soundcard. Its wireless too :D
Cool, I'll check out the wireless ones also, I just remembered I have a logitech one now, and it's not the best, but it was cheap so that may be the issue.
well mine wasn't cheap i bought for 50 euro's so maybe you need to go higher for a good logitech one.
Yeah, I'll probably end up doing that, but i don't really want to pay $100 for a Mic headset. That's about 50 euro's
I also use a logitech headset :) Got it at walmart for 27 dollars
my logitech cost $20 so i'm happy it's okay quality
Yeah Gordon that's where i got my current headset is from wal-mart. It was $20 i think, but i think it's time for me to get a new one though :D

They do have FutureShop in the US right?

It's only 30 bucks, but it's real sturdy and useful. I recommend it.
P.S. 30 CAD I mean. I don't know who to calculate into USD (or just too lazy to)
I'm using the Icemat Siberia headset... And of all the ones I've had, these have the best sound. It's actually my second pair. =) They aren't too heavy, they breathe well, very comfy allround. Did I mention the sound is just awesome?

I must admit I don't have the white ones... :p
One single draw-back is that it doesn't take much rough handling. But if you want some really good sound and your able to not toss it around and into the stone floor (*whistles*), it will give you a great gaming experience for an acceptable price.
Nice nice nice review!!!
It must have taken you some time to prepare all that but fair play ;)
Ill consider it.... :D
I'm using the Icemat Siberia headset... -shortened-
You should become a salesperson :p
But you forgot one important thing... how much was that headset?
Yes the killer blow was missed out... I agree with you; Trinity the saleswoman :p

Using logitech ones. Never had problems with them.
I agree :D What's the price? I'm sure she left it out on purpose because she didn't want her well thought out presentation to go down the drain. Trinity the Saleswoman, that should be her new role on this site :D.
