View Full Version : What is your connection type and its speed
We are working currently on some ideas and we want you to give us some feedback about your internet connections.
In case you are using two different connections in different places post a short information what connection you are mainly using.
To check your connection speed you can use this site - spedtest (http://www.speedtest.net/) and post the results.

yep.. UPC Fiber 120. On next weeks i try to change my OP coz they say the XP slows it down. When UPC guy was here, he got over 100 results with win7. I never had more then 65-68 with XP.

did you pick "other" as connection type?
cause its aDSL :p
ADSL 10Mb/s.
sadly, it's split in 4, so speedtesting would be inaccurate as they are all currently active.

Pffft...
My DSL line (home) is pretty poor in the comparison here, but it's ping is aw'suum.
DL : 6092Kbit/s
UL : 1952Kbit/s
Ping : 18ms
(Actual speeds)
My HDSPA (Work and on-the-go) :
DL : 100-2000Kbit/s, signal depending. Average is roughly 1500Kbit/s
UL : No idea, but pretty slow.
Ping : Some seconds? <:p
