Hi, I would like to make appeal against this penalty, i know server rules, and i apologize for my offense, but I had reason.

I used a Taser on this guy to stop him, not to judge or something like that, because it was not the first situation with his misdemeanor. Earlier he doing the same thing many times, destroyed our mission and tacical gaming, if you see it again, and again, and again, you cant just watch without reaction.

I and others tried to warn him many times with no result, totally does not listen to anyone.
I have proof, here, in this forum, just look at his actions, i saw it many times before:

As you see, he is not innocent, i did not want to punish him, but if you see someone who bothering you and every other player many times before, you trying to stop him somehow. You think "maybe this thing speak to him" when words are useless, maybe he left from server, or jump through window, whatever, just simply let us to play.

It was happened many times before like your case... When a "nice" player bored to see rambo playing. But your way in those situations, to call admin help. Here (http://www.sog-team.co.uk/forum/showroster.php) you can check who is online, and who has admin rights among SOG members. Take us to your xfire friendlist and call if you need help. If no one of us close, then pls try make a report like u link here, and rambo player will have the punishment later.

If you shoot back, you are not better. I know its sometimes hard.

indeed, dont do the same, its a hard proofe to stay coolin that Moment, but as Hidroncs said, catch us up to yopur xFire List, and you will get help shortly then.

NO, you had no reason to act by yourself if you brake the rules by the action.

i can understand you what you mean if you see the same rambos from time to time. all people alowed to make reports about other player if they break rules. just make some evidence and all is ok. we will make the next steps to keep the servers clear. so if you want to play on clear servers, you can help us whit make report about players like him and you can be sure he wont do a second time. we cant be 24 hours a day on the servers so we are glade if other people help us as well to hold the servers clear. look in the report room. there are so many people reporting player for misbehavior so the server keeps playable. if you want enjoy gaming on our servers, we have to work together. i noticed on some other coop servers its not possible to play a round whitout half team dead or a lot of penalitis so im glade that we have our owen servers clear so far as possible. if one rambo think he can do what he want on the server, he may tell his friend to join him and then possible we get more of this rambos on the server. at all you should fight the rambos and rusher whit your brain not whit your gun..

I know i was wrong, i did dont know about your hotline, but this does not excuse me, i know that.
I had no bad intentions, it was my mistake and i must deal with that now.

We appreciate when people sincearly are sorry. I'm glad you know our rules and realize you should not have done what you did and will not do so again. You can play on all our servers except for Pro according to your database status. So once the leader that placed the ban reads your appeal he will decide if your ban will be removed or stay for a time period.

good, your ban from PRO server is removed, however you will stay in our db with No Tolerance status at the moment, keep in mind that any further rule violation will work with you being banned immediately

have fun, stick to the rules, dont take the law in your hands - call admins - and dont waste the chance
