Unban request - DieH4rd

Hello! Well the first thing I wanna do is apologise to the admins for arguing with them and namecalling Joker, though I don't remember the WHOLE story, but Ill try to explain what I remember. ;)

I was in the SOG Pro server playing with some bunch of guys and 2 admins Killmaster and Joker. It all started with what gear should we take (as always), then someone wanted to be a leader we accepted. Anyway, the game started and I went through the alleyway cause I saw a suspect or civ running away, so I chased them. They finally surrendered at the back door, and I arrested them. then I entered the corridor, went through the hallway and went to the closet (cause I saw an opened door), by then Kill or Joker told me to come back, but I said wait a minute till I clear that room. I did that. Then kill said that I was clearing almost all of the rooms, even though it was only 1 closet, then they said that I was ramboing, and I tried to argue with them that I wasn't really ramboing and that I was chasing a suspect and sweeping things out before I left (searched for guns, arrested the sus I've encountered). Then I was coming back to them, and saw that they were starting to clear out the room, then I noticed an opened door and went to close it (don't quite remember that part), then I got told that I was ramboing again and got kicked.

And when I came back to the server Joker told me that I am unwanted at Your server, and got kicked again. Then I returned and started arguing with Joker and I was trying to explain the same thing I'm explaining now. I don't know if he listened to me, but I was getting impatient and called him a noob. Then they said that I was namecalling and admin, and I was trying to apologise if I did something wrong. My last words were something like this "i will be good, i promise!" and Joker replied something like this "youl be better in 3 days, but now good bye". That wasn't exacly what we said, but that's all I remember :(

Then I got banned for 3 days till Sunday.
I really wanted to clean my hands full of dirt so I could play in Your server, and actually joining SOG! :) Of course if you can forgive me from things I've done wrong. This is my first appeal yet, so I don't really know how to do these things...

I'm very VERY sorry for what I've done!!

Yes. Since the server was empty and there was 1 guy, i noticed hes from my country and we just started speaking in our language.
Then the admin came and told us to speak English no matter what, so I did...
I never saw a guy from my country playing swat so I had to say hi atleast :/


Sorry for the violation though. I won't do it again now that I know it's that serious :)

Rules: English ONLY, NO TK, TeamTase, Team Injuring, Team nade, Rambo GamePlay, Killing Civs or Cuffed Suspects!

it clearly says "English ONLY" so you willingly were breaking our server rules...


anyway we consider your request and our decision will be posted here, check this thread from time to time

what i can see from the video and chatlogs you did rambo game play and excuses about seeing suspect/civilian are not proper - you cleared on your own nearly half of map...
team was entering from the front you went back way from the alley...

you were warned and kicked and there was right action taken as you spoiled the game for other players;
on return you started arguing and was kicked and banned in right way for calling admin "noob" cause he kicked you....


take into account:
- running suspect/civilian is not the reason to make a single run on map and you should stay with the team and follow leader commands
- all admin actions were right
- you argued with admin and name called him
- you were repeatedly speaking non-english


we give you second chance and your status is changed from now on to No Tolerance - it means admins are allowed to kick you on first violation of any rule; also it means that if you shall be reported again we ban you for good

start behaving and playing the game as it meant to be played

Now I wanted to know, if I would fix, would you remove the warnings off me? I don't really want any problems from now on. I will carefully read and follow the rules.

Maybe in time if we see fit we could remove you from db ...

DieH4rd, i know u as good player and before the matter we had never problems. you know the rules now and we hope you hold them up. we had x-fire chat about 2 hours so keep it in your mind. and if player going to play rambo style, dont folow them or you are not better. and if u feel :sssh: about players ingame because they break rules, just call us admins for help.(Clan Members (http://sog-team.co.uk/forum/showroster.php) there you see all admins. you can also add us to your friendlist on xf.) or make a break, watch tv, get a snack or the like. as you know you have more fun whit playing tactical gaming. and you cant play tactical at all if you are not full ingame whit your head. as you see you have your second chance now so dont wast it. show us that you are a good player and enjoy the gaming on our servers whit us. if you have any questions, you know where to find me.

DieH4rd, you dont help us if u breake rules an report other player for this what you self done as well. you said you read all rules and and broke them again. once you said to me if you have stress, you call admin or make a break. so why you dont done so. you had it in your hand but you wast it.. sad to see this update as we had much chats on xf and you told me your goals. but you cant never reach them if you dont change your behave. you need to heave more SELFCONTROL. for now keep playing on other servers. and read the rules once again cause i think you dont understood them correct. we see us.
