Bloody sequels! How about something origional Hollywood! Nah, of course not, that'd take investment of time, money and talent, as opposed to churning out the same old sh*te time after time. Oh well.

its a strange one that, i know what u mean about sequels, alot of people moan about them coming out. yet, they will still go and see the films.
myself personally, am looking forward to seeing them, although i cant imagine saw 4 being a improvement on the 3rd, theres only so far you can go with blood and gore

I don't do cinema. I'm too easily upset by the f***ers around me. I mean, when I go to a restaurant, I don't ask them to wheel in a TV so i've something to watch while I eat, so why must every c*** in the damn cinema insist on bringing in hot dogs, and popcorn, and CRISPS and sweets, etc, etc! The smell as you hit the cinema hall is bad enough, but the noise generated by these selfish brainless bast**ds who insist on stuffing their fat faces all the way through the film is unbearable to me. And don't get me started on people who talk all the way through the film! I've killed for less!!!

As for watching sequels, as long as I don't have to pay, I'll give it a chance. After all, The Empire Strikes Back is far better than Star Wars, Aliens was way better than Alien, Mad Max 2 was better than Mad Max, etc, and so on, but for the most part, sequels suck. I work in the film industry, and I know for a fact sequels are always cheaper to make and promote, relying on the success of the origional film to draw in a crowd. This tends to make them a bit formulaeic (not sure if thats how you spell that wurd, but hey, this ain't a language lesson!) and predictable. It's the price you pay for working in this industry, you are wise to the tricks of the trade and it ruins so many films for me as i can 'see' between the cracks in the production.

Anyhoo, I think I've ranted enough for the moment.

LOL i agree with you Ghost about cinemas. I mean I still go but i eat before and usually a pack of mints does me fine ;)

The sound of the assholes in the cinema is terrible especially little kids chucking popcorn, talking all the way through, farting and playing on their phones!

Nevermind, buy your films online then get a surround sound system and your done :D

Best one for me, was a screening of Apocalypse Now (redux) in an almost empty theatre, and 4 guys were pissing about at the back. I got up, and walked toward them (directly) over the backs of the chairs, dropped down in front of them and yelled 'shut yer f*cking hole, or I'll f*cking shut it for youz!' and returned to my seat by the route I had come. Worked a treat, I think mainly because of the direct approach made me look more mental than I am.
