Hi All SOG !
Some days passed, i had time to think on. I come back, to re-write my appeal. As you maybe already know i am banned in this case:

In my last appeal were some misunderstooding between you and me. So all what i can say this time:
- I KNOW I MADE A MISTAKE.
- I know i did violation against SOG rules.
- I taze back my teammate and this is unwelcome at SOG.
but, i learn of this case, and if you give me one more chance, i will keep the rules on SOG server just as i did all time until this case.
Hope you don't think i am as bad as never can have a chace to play again on your servers. I have static IP so you can easily follow up my next games, and i can't join in another identity.
I can't write more, and hope this will be enough, and i can be unbanned.
second appeal has been placed and considered positively by seniors of the clan
we give you second chance and now you are unbanned from forums and servers but PRO
if we see you obey our rules on other servers you could be unbanned from PRO as well, as you were reported by Pepper and banned by Mike you should catch up with them for some games
abide SOG rules from now on and do not violate them, if you are not sure about rules contact any GC+ to get explanation or help

This is a welcome sight. I orginally felt we had lost a very good player to stubborness and misunderstanding. i hope that you can catch me sometime for some rounds and we can put the past behind us :D

i dont played whit you but i will catch you soon for some games. the best way to keep rambos away from the our server is to call admins on x-fire. u can add us to your friendlist, just ask us and we are there in 1 minute. ;)

Welcome back mate. Good to see the SOG senior members agree to give you another chance. I would hate to see a good player to get banned again. I've played a few rounds with you and I've seen you play tactical.

Hello guys! Remember me, I've got banned last year :lshmtfo: :)
Long time not played SWAT, and yesterday I was tried to join the game on PRO server. And after map starts have got the message something like that: "due a previous rule violations... etc. etc." So, seems that was not temporary ban, but permanent? :cool: No chance to be back?

Your database entry is here (http://www.clanreportdb.co.uk/report/dbdetails.php?id=479) and as far as I can tell, it say that you're on No Tolerance status. That means the bot will always say that "Due previous rule violations, you will be observed etc.". Also the db entry says next:
Pro Server Status: Banned
Which of course means that you're banned from sog pro servers, so that's why the bot kicks you out when you're joining Pro server. But you still can play on the coop #1 server

The ban from Pro servers maybe can be lifted. But DeKA has to agree with it :)
It's not so unfriendly, you know, considering that SOG lifted the ban and all and treats everyone the same... Can't you just accept the consequences of your previous actions and go on with a smile?
You're here, among good people in this community and you can play on the SOG servers... Chill out and have fun.
Take your time and show that you're good... Then the ban will probably be lifted.

I suggest you to read the first post in this thread and dont start again with reasoning.
We have decided to lift bans but it dosnt mean we will tolerate your rudeness.

I've read 1st post, but problem is I cant catch those guys ( = "examinators" for my good behaviour =)) on the servers, moreover seems I never met them when played even more often (I mean since I've got banned, last year) and probably will never meet then. :)

you can play with other members as well to prove your can play with the rules, it was suggested to play with certain persons but it was also suggested some time ago;
now it will be good to catch up for games with any of SOG members who can later post here that you abide the rules and you play correctly

We sure not think youre "another teen" we have to drill mature :D But think about that - if youre responsible for your actions, you maybe only said "Ok, youre verdict is entitled. I take it so." and good ;) But you discuss and it sounds (mb only to me) that you give us the fault for your "punishment". I think DeKA only wants to see some evidences that shows, that youre a mature minded gamer that have fum with sog and is agreed with rules :) There is no chicanery or bad intention.

I only wanna ask you to show humanity, sometimes though, and not to be robotic or "tactic" in your judgment. 'Coz violation differs from violation and depends on circumstances, also depends on person, one p. has propensity to law-breaking, and another doesn't have (but with proud been placed onto one row with first one). :$
Only wouldn't like not to see any pharisaism, guys. :(

i tink that the decision of deka is a good one as your appeal was good only on 1 condition that was get some rounds with the ones who baned you if you do so it will be much better for all of us and you
as you are making it only harder for yourself to have the pro server bans lifted

This IP belongs to one from our 6 VPN servers * -gateways (NAT technology)
Here we have about 8-12 thousands of Internet subscribers over this provider in our town.
So you may understand that 255 IPs it's not enough for all of them. :)

Pff! I'm not arguing about as I didn't :D. And I feel regret, and I fully agree with the rules, as always been!. Just I'm not a robot, and cannot give the guarantee for anytime in any conditions (esp, when I feel injustice) I could act all predictable way only. I have senses, btw :p . And since I've got some sad experience, be sure I will be much more careful in future times. This is all I trying to say here all the time. :$

It seems you make fun of our rules and SOG at all O.o
Sounds like you mean everything we do is useless and you can do what you want here if like it. Maybe im wrong with it. But seems that you forgot one thing. You want something from the Clan Leaders not them from you ;) But with those endless discussions and blame assignations you didnt do yourself a favour.
So be happy that bans lifted on all other servers except PRO and play some nice rounds with us. Anything else follows than automatically ;)
