Ur judge for me is not right. :msneek: I never have tilts to brake the rules. Im not that 10-13 years old guy.
I just asked u why u do not called to order for Spaddel while he shoot me more than 10 rounds and i get wounded into a red almost whole body. I just tazzed him for ONLY ONE time and never gather to repeat, i gather to warn him for i will call admin if he will proceed it.

BTW this is NOT typical russian behaviour, all players r different. (Otherwise I can say lot of bad things about Polish players, for example...)
I always used Xfire b4 to call someone to bring the order. U can remember it, Hidroncs. But i feel that i can't disturb admins every time when i see violations! SO! 1 tazz at eyes of Pepper and ban for this? Unjust, not right!
AND THIS QUOTE SOUNDS QUITE STUPID "against their own m8s if they make big mistake or do anything against the team."

The mistake you made was to taze first, and not call the admin...mate i dont want to sound harsh and i dont mean to but the simple fact is, we at sog deal with bad players, not the players in the server. the player in the server never deals with it, they get us first. end of story mate.
The temp ban was issued by mike so its his call what happends next, just one thing in future when you do wrong weather or not somone wronged you do not reply in reports accusing our admins of taking wrong action agaisnt you or making wrong judgments.
This section is for reports only, if you feel you have been treated incorrectly then ther is an appeals section for that. Not in the report room.

Rules are Rules, whether you like them or not and you broke a rule just as the other player, whether he did it on purpose or not. Tazing someone just to "warn" them isn't the correct way going about this, and it's not really your job to keep players informed of the rules, etc.. it's admins job, and if we aren't notified of this behavior then we can't take action.
Whether under cover admin is on server, they can't take action unless they change their name, and as pepper mentioned that can take a while.
I agree with Mike's decision for temp ban as it's following what we do for everyone else who doesn't behave on PRO. Had a good round with you earlier on LL and hopefully you'll continue to play on our other servers.

:lol::lol: u must know, i'm not against russian players, and absolutely not against you... You know who is my best friend here :D:D. Sure you have right and all players are different... Many player do this, from other nations too. And i think most of the admins will be helpful and friendly, if you call them. Btw i only ask help, if bad player dont leave the server after 1-2 rule violation, and don't let others to play, for a long time and need an immediately kick or ban against them. Other cases i try to make only video or photo evidences, and report them later.
i think this Thread was merged and moved to the Appeal Sektion, as normaly an Appeal starts on other Ways ... or you just only copy and paste, what you have written before.... ;)

but now, its like it is, i can understand that you have been absolute mad with this Player, as i told you in my PM, i can understand that, but you have to see and understand, that the Rules are for everyone here, include ourselfs.
I have play with you before and have never seen anything like that from your Side, hopefully its only this one happening, then i would like to see you again inGame and play some Rounds with you, as they have been enjoyfull for me.

admins may not react in 1 sec for many reasons and this is something what should not be discussed by players - admins are responsible for maintaining order on servers but judgement of those actions belongs to SOG leaders
also you were some kind of arguing after the kick mentioned above, so i would say: you have the tilts to break the rules and argue with admins;
let me explain: its very bad idea, you may be banned from all SOG servers for arguing with admins; so dont do that, if you want to appeal here on forums is the right place for doing it, not on servers

you have tazed him once and he has shot you many times... i cannot see any difference in those misbehaviours - both of you have violated server's rules and both of you are banned

i have to say most of bad players are from poland and russia but not only, however there is no difference for us if player is from poland, russia, germany or banglades - punishment is the same - so dont rise up nationality as an issue and dont overreact about that

so why didnt you do that in that situation? admins are supposed to help with problems on server so asking about help is what we welcome as we can see there are good players on servers who want to play with our rules...
anyway i cannot see any apologizes in your post... just discussing if admin action/report/ban was right or not right - so im answering: all was right, ban stays
I dont see an appeal here just an argument..........
And I agree with DeKA the ban should stay. The rules flash you personally choose to violate them. If you see rule violations either call an admin OR take pictures and report the player. But do not come here trying to place the blame on someone else when YOU violated the rules. And this post is about YOU and not the other offender. And as a matter of fact that other offender is also banned as he was reported.
So unless your going to actually appologize dont bother arguing anymore or this will just be locked.

What I can remember:
Usually I took this equipment in this mission: green shotgun, tazer, flashes, 1 wedge and mirror.
1. I appeared in map in closest to the door position.
2. I took my mirror and scanned the room (Reception)
3. Reported “Blind spots… Entire area is not visible”
4. Opened the door and saw sus that went form hall to reception room.
5. I shoot on him and saw he got hurted and I proceeded into a room and sat before right door
6. Other players followed and someone from them used tazer on this sus (u can hear it).
7. I just sat at the door and blocked it, awaiting for orders.
8. On video u may see dialogs in chat: DED_Belarus wrote: “sry”. Do u may explain for what? What if Spaddel thought that I wounded him or used pepperspray on him or did something else? Maybe it was DED_Belarus?
9. So… I sat there at the door and feel as somebody shoot at me, at first I thought it’s some sus (u know it’s hard to view around when shocked), then I saw that one from officers do it. And he shot and shot at me and no one answered to me why he doing it, after few seconds I just continued to write in a chat: “wtf? wtf? wtf?...”
Look the video from the beginning: Spaddel looks was wounded or peppered and hold arms on his face. Where was me that moment? Already in the room! How can I cause him injured?
Pepper, how u can say with assure that I begun to shoot on Spaddel first. Why? AND WHICH REASON I HAVE TO DO IT? Don’t u think that is WILD STRANGE?
I DO NOT REMEMBER NO ONE MOMENT FOR I CAUSED TO HIM ANY HARM BEFORE HIS SHOOTING AT ME AND ONLY THEN I TAZZED HIM TWICE.
DeKa, do u think that only me violates rules when typing in chat on other languages? I can’t count how many times I’ve seen Polish and German and Holland e.t.c. languages on your servers. Indeed somebody got sanction or got banned? BUT! I can explain why I used Russian language that time. You must know, that not all players can understand English language. I just translated some rules and orders and phrases or words to another russian player that time. That was some newbie btw.
OK. I know I was wrong to use tazz. It’s obvious. But… I can survive without playing on PRO server, I’ll survive without SWAT even. :)
And I feel great unjustice here from u, admins.
It reminds me information war in August 2008 when some European channels used self made comments when showing video with Georgian rockets bombed Tckhinval at night on residential areas. And comments was that it was !!!RUSSIAN FORCES!!! begin to attack Georgia. OMG! ALL UPSIDE DOWN! A-ha, civilized Europe! I can tell…

I agree with this. And ALWAYS USED THIS WAY BEFORE THAT OCCASION.

1. Agree, but i like to play with M16 (Polish) and Hero_o (Russian) btw, and Scout (German)

SOG servers are "english only" servers - you dont like it you dont play - simple...
