First of all, sorry for my english if it is not very good, but I'll try to be understandable (I have an excuse : I'm french lol)

So, yes it was me on the server and I intentational teamkilled Bartek.
I didn't see SOG member who has admin access on the server neither on my xFire (I'm not a SOG Member, I don't have all game admin's xFire) when it happened.

I known the rules and I known that when there was a TK, server auto-kicked the player who shot. That's why I said "I'll come back" before I killed him.
I known it was a bad action, but I prefered be kicked and come back rather than a stupid guy blocked a team just for fun... as if I know that I could be report.

So, I have some questions myself :
it seems that Pepper was in game and was admin (working undercover) so, why the admin didn't say anything before the mission started ? since everybody saw there was a problem with this player (Bartek) during the briefing and there would be a problem during the game.


Why Ram12 didn't tell me anything when I came back on the server ?
I would prefer to have a discussion with you in game or on xFire to speak about my stupid action, that I learnt it by Spec_Op who gave me the link to the forum on xFire.
(please, sees no aggressiveness nor arrogance there ;) just some questions to try to understand why it happened and why a such decision has been taken)

It's not your fault Spec, I know the rules, I know this server pretty good (since the time I play on it...) and I only play on this server because it is just the best server of the community to play SWAT4 how I like to play it.

After that, I just would to present my apologies to SOG communauty for what I did.

If player is annoying while briefing it doesnt mean he will/should be instantly kicked.... We have rules and all SOG admins must follow them if admining the servers. Being annoying is not the reason for admin to take any other action like mute the player.....
The problem has occurred later on but Pepper has no chance to react cause you did a TK first....

Just find Pepper on clan roster add him on xf and you can discuss this issue or send a PM to Pepper, im pretty sure he will reply.

Apologies accepted, but you have to remember that we do not allow TK/TT/TS at any server if its not an accident. Actions like you did if its on purpose usually end with a ban, take it into account for future references.

well first of all we accept your appology...

But in this circumstance you made it hard for yourself. Here is why i think. The admin in question that was undercover, will monitor the server and will continue to do so undercover until he see's fit. I do not know why he didn't stop the other player from doing whatever he was doing, that in my opinion isnt the issue. The issue is, you should never take it obove yourself to take action against anyone in a sog server. We have admins for that, i find it a bit odd that you say you have played there for such a long time and take this time to make such a silly mistake? In future when occasions like this arrise, call an admin please and remember you won't get a ban for doing so. Taking the server law into your own hands however will. Remember these words please, take dear notice of our server rules no matter how much another player cheeses you off. Stick to the rules at all times yh.

Undercover admin is undercover admin it's up to him if he wants to disclose himself or not.

Just to explain: Pepper later changed his name to |SOG|Pepper and Maverick rejoined. However, noone talked about it again I THINK. But I remember Pepper saying something to Maverick, but that was (if I'm not mistaken) when Mav was gone again already, which I think now Pepper didn't notice.

I know I shouldn't do what I did. I was already stressed by the player "ww" who played 2 rounds before and didn't followed order/gave order ... nevermind, it's not the place to say that (you can see his name in Medical Center screenshot from Pepper) but I was stressed.

I just regret that Pepper didn't change his nick before and did more "impressive" against Barket because he didn't speak english during the briefing (see screenshot from Pepper, and more on his xFire profile), was pushing to start the game and finally block the team in the bus. It was too much for me, I TKed him when I saw he didn't want to move. I know, against the server rules. But sometimes, too much is... too much ^^

I didn't say that player annoying while briefing should be kicked instantly ;) and thank to admin team and rules, it is not the case.
I just said that the problem occured during the briefing and should be considerated sooner ;) I was more stressed than Pepper, he was more patient than me.

PGarcia, you may find it odd but I registered SOG forum in 2007 to get the Pro Server password (h...n) to play with good player in a good server.
I don't know if someone complained about me since 2007 or I didn't be warned about it, but stupid reaction happened. I was stressed, he was annoying ... I did a stupid thing, that's all ;)
I just hope that I could continue to play my favourite game with my best teammates on my favourite server, hosted by SOG Team.:)

My Statement:

Yes, my Time how long i stay undercover, that is uppon the Reason i am therefore, so here i have had Bartek and ww under View, so than i choose a time to sample the Evidence, and i can see how other players act, if they get stressed. And unfortunality, that situation was very fast, and we have already Rules for Admins, so that i hold and work after it, and as i said in my Comment at the Report,

Comments: before i could react, he take the judge in his Hand, and thats against our Rules, i know he is a good player, but for the Fairness to all, i must make the Report.

...and we have had a long chat together, about what happen, he is a serious gy for me, he explane it to me, and i explain my Position, so i believe him, that he will never do this again, i know, he is a good tactical gamer...

.. yes i know, stress situations can produce wrong Reaction, but believe, as i told you on our Chat, if you write into the normal inGame Chat, than the Super Admins can read your Chat, even if id dont look for you, that they are loced in ;), and the Sentence in the scrolling Text, This Server is monitored 24 Hours, thats true, as you know now...:)

...yes that was the Point, and now you can imagine, what it is, to be on the Server, holding up all Rules, even if there is a war on the Server, for us as Admin, we are holding our Admin Rules as well, and we prefer, that the Players learn from they Warnings, Kickings, and than, the the serious Players write in here and make a serious Appeal, so than we all see, how you take our Rules on the Servers,

and if you come again in these Situations, than make Screenshots or Videos, take and sample your Evidence, leave the Server and call an admin, than i am absolut sure, you will get Help soon, because for us, the Pro Server is our "holy Cow" as we say in Germany, and here we have the strongest Rules, so than may one Evening is bad to play, but after clear Evidences, we can act, and the Server will be clean up from such bad Gameers...

so my personell Hope here is, that we have in your Person a great tactical Gamer, holding up our Rules, and help others on the Server, to see good Example of staying on SOG Server, for me i can say, personell i like you, i enjoy playing with you, so pls dont blame me with my Words,

thanks for the Compliment to SOG, indeed, there we stand for - No1 Clan in Coop, that was indeed my Way to SOG.

So my Vote, if he dont do anything against the Rules again, then our Seniors will be more stronger than now, i think..., will be a green for him, if i am allowed to say that here, by this Way.

If he's banned from a server by pepper, then it's up to pepper to decide to unban him from the server, but for teh DB that stays atleast a month on Observe Closely after appeal to see if he indeed not do it again.

Glad the DB entry is staying. If you know theres a rule and you break it your fault. Thats why we have the report a player forum and the live support (when its online). Please utilize our website tools in dealing with bad players in the future and dont be a vigilante.
