im still banned on 195.149.21.218. Last game here (few months ago) I
remember, admin kick me. Reason: I switch sides, then admin move me & lock
teams, but in opposing team are few good mates, so Im reconnect and again
join 'wrong' side. Then admin move me again, few seconds after that I left
game (Im wasn't vip at this moment!). Few days later when tried connect
SoG server, saw info Im banned. So, can You unban IP: 84.38.104.214
please? Very Sorry for that incident, I probably had 'bad' day, but
long-term, pernament ban isn't little to tough ?

Can't find this guy on the DB, but appearantly he is sorry. i doubt he is on a perm ban for these reasons though...

I cant seem to figure out if he's referring to the ingame banned message prior to joining, or if he's referring to our admin bot.

Anyhow :

VIP server Ban list only have few entries starting with 84, and none of them are close to his range, and also with completely different names.

VIP server Temporary Ban list is empty.

Database contains no entries matching either name or IP remotely

Server Logs in DB contains no entries mathing either name or IP remote - and if he tried connecting and reached the server and was warned by the bot, he would appear there.

Search on forums : Only brings back this thread as result of search on name or IP


All in all, I see no reason why he would be banned.

I think we should mail him back telling him to contact a GC+ when it happens. You can give him my xFire in the email if you like? I'll be glad to help him out.

Well, I don't know if I was on the server at that time, but he was probably unbalancing the teams and disconnecting then re-joining to be on that side is going against admin in my opinion, not that was a reason to be banned or not.
