hi all
Myself and Gordon would like everyone to choose there most preferred role in bf2 and they will be listed accordingly.
Please don't change to another role without posting. All soldier types.
Can you also state if you prefer to be a squad leader or a squad member.
The roles in bf2 are:
Anti-Tank
Assault
Engineer
Medic
Sniper
Spec-Ops
Support
You also have the Commander

Pilot, Helicopter or Plane I'm flexible, in a tussle I'd probably choose helicopter. I also would like to be plane co pilot on maps with bomber aircrafts.
As for soldier type, Sniper, I'm afraid, if there are too many of these I'll got Spec Ops.
choose 1 for training with.
I would like to be commander with support kit.
My most preferred role... Wow, that is a tough question. I would answer it with: The kit that best suits the unit's need and the maps enemies. But, since you want one specific kit picked, I'll state my preferred roles:
Engineer / Armoured vehicle (APC, Tank).
Medic / Transport.
I'm torn between these two... So I will await further responses and see what is "missing" and so make up my mind then as I'm equally fond of both roles.

i would choose Sniper as i have never played any other kit. (this does not mean im a good sniper) ;)

If Aaron wants Sniper ill gladly go Medic its no trouble i like both just as much so im easy, Switch me to Medic an let Aaron have Snipe :)

To add to the first post- We do need more spec ops, maybe 2-3 members..
I really wish tc would speak up as i seem to remember he was "useful" as a spec ops member. :p

Well I prefer Support, as I'm quite a sniper with MG. But I'm not uncomfortable with any other, maybe except anti-tank, assault and engineer.
From all the vehicles I like copters the most: fast, slow, fat, slim. But I prefer BHawk.
Support / Copter Pilot
And most of the time I stay memberd.

Hopefully once we all set with our roles we can get some good team practice in ... i know i need it :lol:

Ahh, theres already one support, well, dunno how big the bunch's gonna be, but I can be one of them Specials then.
ok, thanks guys for your replies. When we have the rest of the sqaud with roles they are happy with, myself and Gordon will issue the training briefings. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later.

I could be copter pilot (Transport one preferably), as I don't have the joystick.
you can be blobbys co pilot, if he doesnt show for training u become our pilot. If u like.
Well this is tough for me as I prefer Transport mostly, and I can fill in as Medic/Engineer if needed. I will do spec ops though-I get to drive though, all we need is to get lost :p, as I feel I have a good sense of strategy that could come in handy when doing "Special" missions. :D
I remember a while back when me & PG did that a few times on one of the servers, it was awesome, no one noticed until they didn't have a artillery or UAC :p
ALSO: I don't mind being a Squad leader/Commander if necessary, maybe as a backup commander, depends on the situation, but mainly a Squad Leader if not just a squad member. I think all of us should be in a squad at least for better communication.
choose the role your most happy with, we should be active in all areas. Nt just a full team of pilots. :rolleyes:
Why not?!?!?!?!? :P As I said I'll do spec ops, I like sneaking around and giving the element of Surprise!! :lol2:

@Those tht want Medic , switch with me as ive gotten quite attached to my M249 and spamming ammo in support role so i'll switch no worries :D
just a reminder to law, you didn't say or not if you want to join the sog squad........ or have you got a chosen kit that you would like to use for training?
