I cant find report with reason.

hi mate, following my pm to you regarding your ip and my check of our reporting database, you are not reported there as far as i can see. i dont understand any reason why you woud be banned and not reported. :s

As I see no report in your name, I doubt it you are banned personally from our servers.

However, I do see that you have a dynamic IP from a Polish ISP, from whom we have large amounts of bad players, also with dynamic IPs.

Dynamic IPs is a pain, not only for admins, but also for good players, as it means you may sometimes get a banned IP from your ISP, because another player used this IP on our server previously, and was banned for his behavior.

Your ISP uses a very large range of IPs, and I see that part of that range has been banned at our servers. I would suggest that you simply reset your router, which should give you a new IP. If you continue to experience problems, let us know - the issue is that we have a banned range, inside your range.
If we remove this range-ban, it's less likely you'll experience any inconvinience, however the ban is there for a reason, so we might also be allowing a bad player back, hence we'd not like to remove the ban. :)

Try simply resetting your router (usually a small button on the back, that you can press with the tip of a pen), and then try connecting to our servers again. If you continue to experience issues, let us know. :)

Nicoleise, if my ip or isp is banned server add nickname to banned base right?
so if i change my ip but not change name, i will banned from nickname and my ip(new) will add do base

so should i change name?

I'm sorry for being helpful, mate. :p However, if you're not an idiot, surely you will know that we ban IPs and not names on our servers? :p Changing your name will have no effect.

However, I can't remove you from our ban list, because - as I just told you - you are not in it. The problem is that your IP is either very close to, or an excact match to another bad player, due to the nature of your ISP assigning it's IPs virtually randomly.

Are you being told by our Adminbot that you are banned?

From what you stated in your first post, it seems as though you're just "normally" banned, via our banlist, and that doesn't concern the adminbot. It seems as though you isn't even able to connect to the server at all? If you're told by the AdminBot that you are banned from our site, you have to let me know, and I'll look into it further.

The problem is with the AdminBot though.

It's matching you with a previously banned player - actually a 100% adviced match. Which I can't really blame it for, your IPs are identical down to the 2 last digits.

Just for procedures ; Did you ever use other names than HatakeKakashi on our servers, for even short periods of time? :)

im play at sog server week or more.

it should be all done now if not let me know via PM, sorry for that it was a bot mistake which added your ip to banned player - now all is corrected and you should be able to play at all SOG servers

Thanks for clearing up, that you did not use other names in game.

What happened is that your IP is close to that of another polish player, with the same ISP as yourself, who was previously breaking our rules.
This issue occurs due to the nature of your ISPs way of working dynamic IPs.

Our AdminBot is set to cope with players with dynamic IPs too, which means that even though you change your name, it will still compare IPs to those it already have, and compare ISP, location and servers. Hence, it's in some few cases a slight bit oversensitive. We of course would like to apologize for the inconvinience. :)
