swat needs assault weapons because people dont take it as if they were the swat officers in any position dealing with any suspect and crime.

they are trained for the worst to happen and it kicks their andrenaline....so you get mistakes like that happening. it is so unfortunate for the officer, police dept, and the mans family :(
