Same thing has happened to me with my vip server :) One time it said there was 21 players

Some time you will find it reports too many players by 1.
Try it. Log into a empty server, stay for a bit then quit. Return to the screen and it will say that there is a player in the game for a while before dropping the figure. your 7/6 is just an artifact of the old player plus the new.

that's not enterly true guess when someon drops and you try to conect you can't because the server still shows 6,unless someone comes in with the direct ip.oh and the 8/6 can in the next gez mod,theres something like freeslots,atleast they wher talking bout it.
